That legislative changes are required to regulate for, and provide consumer protections to, Australians who wish to use nicotine or nicotine free e-cigarettes.
Your petitioners ask that the Senate:
Call on the Minister for Health to allow Australian smokers access to e-cigarettes by:
Amending the poisons schedule to permit the sale of e-cigarettes containing nicotine
Ensure that regulations protect users of e-cigarettes (with or without nicotine)
