I want to say, first of all, that I’m very grateful for your public support for my right to vape. Now, due to an unprecedented attack on my rights, I need your help more than ever. The TGA has passed regulations prohibiting the importation of nicotine into Australia, meaning tens of thousands of Australian vapers will be forced back to smoking tobacco.
I don’t have to tell you how dangerous smoking tobacco is, so you’ll understand that forcing vapers back to smoking is a death sentence. As if this weren’t bad enough, this attack was timed perfectly to undermine the legislative process by passing while the parliament is out of session.
It’s not enough to just support me. I need you to fight for me now. My health and that of 300,000 other Australians is on the line. I vape, and I vote - remember that.

I want to thank you for having the strength to stand up for my rights to vape. Without your support, I know that over 300,000 vapers would have been pushed back to smoking. Something that would have been a death sentence for people like me. Your support has helped me, and thousands of others like me, stay off of cigarettes, improve our health, and improve our lives.
Our fight for safe, legal nicotine vaping isn't over and we will continue to push for an appropriate legislative framework on vaping, but for now, I know I can depend on you to vote for the legalisation of nicotine vaping in Australia.

I understand you don’t support my right to vape, but I need you to review evidence-based policy and change your position on this life or death issue. In order to pass a defacto vaping ban without the need for parliamentary approval, the TGA passed regulations penalising the importation of nicotine with a fine of up to $220,000. This defacto criminalisation was passed by unelected, nameless, faceless bureaucrats that have undermined your legislative authority.
This ban will force Australia’s nearly 300,000 vapers back to cigarettes. I don’t have to tell you how dangerous smoking tobacco is, so you’ll understand that forcing vapers back to smoking is a death sentence.
I know we don’t see eye to eye on this issue, but please, I urge you to fight for my rights. I vape and I vote - remember that.

I’m a voter and a vaper in your electorate. I would like to request a meeting with you as I have many concerns regarding the state of vaping in Australia and its continued prohibition. I’d like to discuss these concerns with you and determine which MP I can vote for that defends my right to vape.
